found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on ( for the full details.

Have a nice day.

Hi Barbara,

I am a specialist in creating Parenting Plans for separating  and divorcing people. If you or your

Soon-to be Ex-spouse do not create a Parenting Plan, the court will do so for you.

Parenting plans are much more than a Plan for where your children will live.

Among the items that Parenting Plans will spell out are:

  • How can I make sure that I get “first rights” such as first contact for emergencies, having the right to be with my children during non custody times before any babysitter or other third party watches my children

  • Will I have the right to be with my children on Birthdays, Holidays and Special events even if it falls in the other parents time or is organized by the other parent?

  • How can I see or communicate with my children during the other parents custodial parenting time

It is very difficult and expensive (if possible at all) to change a Parenting Plans after it is signed if your former spouse does not agree with your proposed change.

I have been through divorce and understand the ramifications of Parenting Plans You will want someone to help you who as actually been through divorce and understands the ramification of Parenting Plans.

If you think you might need assistance please e-mail me at and/or visit my web site at

Have a great day (Even if it’s a challenge to do so during divorce)
